2. Acceptance and Eligibility

4. Account Security

6. Pricing, Payment, Taxes, and Additional Fees
6.1. Prices are calculated based on the parameters selected at checkout and must be paid in advance.
6.2. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. BuyInternalAssessment.com does not store full card details.
6.3. Additional fees may apply where an Order requires expanded scope or additional resources, including but not limited to:
- experiments, simulations, or specialized modeling
- use of paid tools or software
- advanced calculations or data processing
- compressed deadlines after work has started
- increased volume or complexity not included in the original Order
6.4. You are responsible for any applicable taxes required by your jurisdiction (including VAT or similar charges where applicable).
7. Technical and Multi-Specialist Orders
7.1. Certain Orders require additional specialist involvement beyond the primary Writer. Examples include (non-exhaustive): Computer Science, Design Technology, coding tasks, prototype support, simulations, complex statistical modeling, or advanced data work.
7.2. For such Orders:
- timelines may be impacted by specialist coordination; and
- refund limitations may apply as stated in the Refund Policy (including the maximum refund cap where applicable).
8. Delivery
8.1. Products are delivered through your Account dashboard and/or the official delivery method indicated on the Website.
8.2. You are responsible for ensuring:
- the email on your Account is correct
- you can access the Account
- you download the Product in a timely manner
8.3. We are not liable for delivery failures caused by incorrect Client information, spam filtering, third-party outages, or internet access issues outside our control.
9. Word Count, Pages, and Formatting
9.1. Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, word count and page calculations may follow internal standards used for pricing and delivery.
9.2. If the delivered Product meets the purchased word count but displays differently due to formatting (font, spacing, margins, template), you may request reformatting consistent with the original requirements.
10. Revisions
10.1. Revisions are governed solely by the Revision Policy.
10.2. Requests that introduce new requirements, expanded scope, or new constraints may be treated as paid revisions or a new Order.
10.3. We may refuse or limit revisions where requests are abusive, contradictory, excessive, or constitute exploitation of the revision process.
11. Refunds and Disputes
11.1. Refund eligibility and dispute procedures are governed solely by the Refund Policy.
11.2. If you initiate a chargeback without first using the dispute procedure described in the Refund Policy, we may suspend your Account pending investigation, except where prohibited by law.
12. Intellectual Property and License
12.1. Unless expressly stated otherwise, intellectual property rights in Products remain with BuyInternalAssessment.com and/or its contractors.
12.2. Upon full payment, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for personal, non-commercial purposes.
12.3. You may not publish, sell, distribute, upload, or publicly share Products (including to essay repositories, databases, or marketplaces) without our written permission.
13. Client Materials and Third-Party Rights
13.1. You warrant that Client Materials provided to us do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights.
13.2. You are solely responsible for the legality and permissions related to Client Materials you upload.
14. Academic Integrity Disclaimer
14.1. BuyInternalAssessment.com does not guarantee grades, academic outcomes, admissions, institutional approvals, or evaluation results.
14.2. You are solely responsible for how you use Products and for ensuring your use complies with your institution’s rules and applicable law.
15. Suspension and Termination
15.1. We may suspend or terminate access to the Website or Services if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, abused staff/contractors, attempted to bypass communication controls, or otherwise misused the Website.
15.2. Suspension or termination does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Refunds are assessed under the Refund Policy.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Website and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted service, error-free performance, and fitness for a particular purpose.
17. Limitation of Liability

- third-party payment outages or internet failures

17.3. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
18. Third-Party Services and Links
The Website may include third-party services (payment processors, analytics, live chat). Third parties operate under their own policies and terms. We are not responsible for third-party systems outside our control.
19. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
19.1. These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
19.2. Parties shall attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiations first.
19.3. If unresolved, disputes shall be finally resolved by arbitration in Estonia, under the rules of an arbitration institution selected by BuyInternalAssessment.com, and conducted on an individual basis only (no class, collective, or representative actions), except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
20. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Website after updates constitutes acceptance, unless applicable law requires additional consent.

22. Entire Agreement
