This Refund Policy constitutes a legally binding agreement between the Client (“you”) and BuyInternalAssessment.com (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth below.
1. General Principles
1.1. The Company provides customized academic assistance services. Due to the personalized nature of the services rendered, refunds are granted strictly in accordance with this Policy.
1.2. All refund decisions are made by the Company’s Dispute Resolution Department after reviewing the relevant documentation, communication records, and order history.
1.3. Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@buyinternalassessment.com or through the Client’s order dashboard.
1.4. The maximum review period for quality-based refund claims is fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery.
2. Order Cancellation
2.1 Cancellation Before Writer Assignment
If cancellation is requested before a writer has been assigned to the order, the Client is entitled to a 100% refund.
2.2 Cancellation After Writer Assignment
If a writer has already been assigned:
- If cancellation occurs within the first 50% of the allocated order timeframe, up to 70% of the total payment may be refunded.
- If more than 50% of the allocated timeframe has elapsed, up to 50% of the total payment may be refunded.
Compensation is retained to cover work already performed.
2.3 Cancellation After Delivery
Once the completed paper has been delivered within the agreed deadline, cancellation is no longer possible. Any refund at this stage must be requested under the Quality Claim provisions outlined below.
3. Technical and Multi-Specialist Orders (Limited Refund Clause)
Certain assignments require the involvement of additional qualified specialists beyond the primary writer. These include, but are not limited to:
- Computer Science projects
- Design Technology assignments
- Data modeling or coding projects
- Orders that requires us to make experiments
- Statistical analysis requiring external expert consultation
- Any task requiring software development, programming, simulation, or advanced technical modeling
- Any other types of assignments that requires us to add an extra specialist to assist a writer
In such cases, the Company may engage additional professionals to support the completion of the order.
Due to the additional contractual obligations and non-recoverable specialist compensation:
The maximum refundable amount for such technical or multi-specialist orders shall not exceed 50% of the total order value, regardless of the stage of completion.
By placing such an order, the Client acknowledges and agrees to this limitation.
4. Duplicate Payments
If a Client is charged twice for the same order and provides proof of duplicate transaction (e.g., two separate payment confirmations), the Company will issue a 100% refund of the duplicate charge within 3–5 business days.
5. Identical Orders Placed in Error
If two identical orders are placed by mistake:
- The Client must notify Support immediately.
- If no writer has been assigned, one order will be fully refunded.
- If writers have been assigned, standard cancellation rules apply.
6. Failure to Assign a Writer
If the Company is unable to assign a qualified writer for the order, the Client will receive a 100% refund.
7. Late Delivery
7.1 Client-Caused Delays
If delay occurs due to the Client’s failure to provide necessary materials, instructions, or clarifications, no refund for lateness shall apply.
7.2 Company-Caused Delays
If the first draft is delivered after the agreed deadline (excluding Client-caused delays), the Client may request price recalculation based on the adjusted delivery category.
For long-term assignments (10 days or more), compensation may be issued up to 7% of the order value upon request.
Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
8. Revisions
8.1. Revisions are provided according to the Revision Policy and do not constitute grounds for automatic refund.
8.2. Delays in revision completion do not qualify for deadline-based refunds, as revision timelines are separate from initial delivery deadlines.
9. Quality-Based Refunds
9.1 Partial Dissatisfaction
If the Client is partially dissatisfied but chooses to retain the delivered work:
- A detailed written explanation must be submitted within 14 days.
- Supporting evidence may be required.
- Up to 40% of the total order amount may be refunded at the Company’s discretion.
Once the editable version of the paper is downloaded, a full refund is no longer available.
9.2 If the Client is completely dissatisfied with the delivered Product:
- A written request must be submitted within fourteen (14) calendar days of delivery.
- The Client must provide detailed justification outlining the specific deficiencies.
- The Company may request supporting documentation or clarification reasonably necessary to assess the claim.
If the claim is substantiated after review, a refund of up to 100% of the payment may be issued at the Company’s discretion.
Exceptions and Limitations:
Notwithstanding the above, eligibility for a full refund is subject to the limitations and exclusions set forth elsewhere in this Refund Policy, including but not limited to:
- The 50% maximum refund cap applicable to technical and multi-specialist orders (Section 3).
- Cases where the Product conforms to the original instructions and no material deviation is established.
- Situations where the Client has approved, substantially used, modified, submitted, or distributed the Product prior to initiating the claim.
- Orders affected by Client-provided incomplete, contradictory, or late instructions.
Upon approval of a refund (full or partial), the Company reserves the right to use, publish, adapt, or repurpose the delivered Product for commercial, portfolio, or educational sample purposes, provided that no personal data of the Client is disclosed.
10. Additional Services
10.1 Plagiarism Report
Refundable only if the report was not delivered.
10.2 Editing or Quality Check Services
Refund eligibility depends on whether work has commenced. If completed, no refund applies. If partially completed, up to 50% may be refunded.
11. Dispute Resolution Timeframe
Failure to provide requested evidence or clarification within fourteen (14) calendar days of initiating a dispute will result in automatic closure of the claim, after which no refund will be issued.
12. Client Conduct
The Company reserves the right to limit the maximum refund amount to 20% in cases involving abusive, threatening, or defamatory communication toward staff members.
13. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds shall not be granted in the following situations:
- The order was delivered on time and matches the original instructions.
- The Client changed requirements after order confirmation.
- The Client approved the final version and later reconsidered.
- The order was used, submitted, or modified without prior dispute.
14. Final Provisions
This Refund Policy forms part of the Company’s Terms and Conditions.
The Company reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time, with updated versions published on BuyInternalAssessment.com.
Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the current version of this Policy.
