This Revision Policy forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of BuyInternalAssessment.com (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, the Client (“you”) agrees to the terms outlined below.
1. Purpose of Revisions
1.1. The Company provides revision services to ensure that the delivered work complies with the original instructions submitted at the time of order placement.
1.2. Revisions are intended to correct deviations from initial requirements and do not constitute a rewriting of the assignment under new or substantially modified instructions.
2. Eligibility for Free Revisions
A revision will be provided free of charge only if all the following conditions are met:
2.1 Consistency with Original Instructions
The revision request must strictly align with the initial order details, files, grading rubric, and additional materials submitted at the time of purchase.
Requests introducing:
- New requirements,
- Expanded scope,
- Additional pages or components,
- New grading criteria,
- New data sets or research materials,
shall be considered a modification of the order and may require additional payment.
2.2 Submission Method
All revision requests must be submitted:
- Through the Client’s personal order dashboard, or
- By written notice to support@buyinternalassessment.com
Verbal or informal requests via chat without written confirmation will not be considered valid.
2.3 Timeframe
For standard Internal Assessment and short-term orders:
- Revision requests must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery.
For extended or long-term projects (including but not limited to dissertations, theses, or multi-stage research projects):
- Revision requests must be submitted within twenty-one (21) calendar days from delivery.
Failure to submit a revision request within the applicable period constitutes acceptance of the delivered work.
3. Number of Free Revisions
3.1. Each order is entitled to up to three (3) free revision rounds, provided the request complies with Section 2 above.
3.2. Any additional revision requests beyond three rounds will be treated as paid revisions.
4. Paid Revisions
A revision will be classified as paid in the following circumstances:
- The request includes substantial alterations or new requirements.
- The original instructions were incomplete or inaccurate.
- The revision period has expired.
- The Client requests structural transformation beyond the initial scope.
- The Client modifies grading criteria after delivery.
In such cases, the Company will provide a quotation prior to proceeding.
5. Revision Deadlines
5.1. The deadline for a revision must be reasonable and proportionate to the scope of requested changes.
5.2. The Company reserves the right to extend the revision deadline if:
- The requested timeframe is technically infeasible,
- Additional clarification is required from the Client,
- The nature of the requested changes demands additional research or technical implementation.
5.3. If the Client requests assignment of a different writer for revision, additional time may be required to ensure appropriate reassignment. The Client is advised to allow no less than twelve (12) additional hours beyond the standard revision deadline.
6. Technical and Specialist-Based Orders
For assignments involving technical components such as:
- Computer Science coding projects
- Design Technology prototypes
- Statistical modeling
- Data engineering or software-based tasks
- Any order requiring consultation with external or additional specialists
Revision timelines may reasonably extend due to the involvement of multiple professionals.
Where the revision requires further engagement of external specialists beyond the initial scope, such revision may be classified as a paid revision.
7. Client Responsibilities
To ensure efficient revision processing, the Client must:
- Provide consolidated and clear feedback in a single structured message whenever possible.
- Avoid contradictory instructions.
- Respond promptly to clarification requests.
Failure to provide clarification within a reasonable timeframe may delay revision completion.
8. Limitations
Revisions shall not be provided in the following circumstances:
- The Client approved the final version and later requests changes beyond the original scope.
- The request contradicts the original instructions.
- The Client used or submitted the work prior to raising concerns.
- The revision period has expired.
9. Final Acceptance
If no revision request is submitted within the applicable revision period, the order shall be deemed accepted and finalized.
